- All of our vehicles undergo regular and extensive mechanical checks. In the unlikely event that a problem occurs that cannot be resolved then we will provide an alternative vehicle for you. If an alternative vehicle is required then we will refund you 50% of the hire costs charged for the unserviceable vehicle.
- Our vehicles are each licensed to carry a maximum of 5 people only including the driver.
- Seat belts if fitted must be worn at all times while the vehicle is in motion.
- Children under 6 years of age must be seated in an approved safety seat which must be provided by the hirer. All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- Smoking is prohibited in our vehicles at all times. No alcohol or food is to be consumed in the car at any time.
- Any damage caused to the vehicles by the hirer or a member of their party will be charged for.
- A booking deposit of one hours hire rate per vehicle will be required to be paid prior to the booking being confirmed.
- The remainder of the hire costs must be paid 30 days prior to the booking commencing. All payments can be made by direct credit to our Bank or by cash or cheque.
- All rates are quoted in NZ Dollars and exclude GST and can alter at any time without prior notification.
- If you cancel your booking then the following cancellation policies will apply
- Cancellation over 3 months before the wedding date. Refund of the deposit paid less a $35.00 administration charge.
- Cancellation between 1 and 3 months prior to the wedding date. The deposit is non refundable.
- Cancellation within 1 month of the wedding date. The deposit is non refundable. Any refund of all or part of the final payment will be subject to subject to the circumstances resulting in the cancellation.
- If the time exceeds that which was originally booked, the extra time will be invoiced to you at the hourly rate for the car calculated in 30 minute periods.
- We do not accept any responsibility for any injury to persons or damage to or loss of goods belonging to any person except that which we are legally obliged to.
- If we are required to do a post reception transfer between 12 o'clock midnight and 1.00am, the rate will be $190 plus GST per car. Rates for transfers after 1.00am are by negotiation only.
- We cover an area from Pukekohe in the South to Whangaparoa in the North. Travel outside of these areas may incur a repositioning fee that will be negotiated when the booking is made.
- We accept no liability for any delay, incident or changes to arrangements which are outside of our control.
